2. Initial Session
Once we've determined if this is the right fit for you, we bring you in for an initial session. This typically lasts for about 90 minutes.

3. Follow Up Sessions
Depending on what the aim of the treatment is, you will typically need 2-5 follow-up sessions (60-90 minutes) in order to start noticing results.*
